Complete your online health history, answer questions regarding your healthcare, and sign consent forms.
2. Medical Consultation
Our partner providers will complete a medical consultation, which includes a review of your medical history and information and will contact you regarding the prescription offering. Should you not be eligible for a prescription there is no cost to you and you will be immediately refunded.
3. Personalized Treatments
Your treatments will be shipped to your door by our partner pharmacy. We will also follow up with you to schedule an additional visit to further optimize your care.

We will help you draft a receipt for HSA/FSA to submit back to your insurance for reimbursement. Generally, labs are covered under these plans but we cannot guarantee how each plan covers HSA/FSA.
