Get your bloodwork
Complete the online health history and consent forms. We will help get you scheduled for your blood draw.
Go over your results
Once your results are in, we will email you a link to schedule your consultation to go over your results. This is a great time to ask questions and talk about goals. Your coach will be your direct contact for all follow-up questions.
Start your therapy
Your thyroid prescriptions are written to your preferred local pharmacy, you can pick those up using your insurance or a GoodRx coupon.
Track your progress
During your initial consultation, your coach will schedule your next lab draw and follow-up appointment. Thyroid care needs to be monitored and dosing may need to be adjusted based on your body’s unique requirements.

What thyroid medications do you prescribe?
Our clinicians prescribe medications based on individual patient needs. Therapies include but are not limited to NP Thyroid, Armour Thyroid, Levothyroxine, and Cytomel.
What hormones help with thyroid balance?
Progesterone can boost thyroid production and testosterone can help with T4 to T3 conversion.
Do I take my medication prior to my blood draw?
Skip your thyroid medication the morning of your blood draw or allow a minimum of 4 hours after consumption.
What are the top signs of a thyroid imbalance?
Weight gain, brain fog, hair loss, and low energy.
How often will I need a thyroid lab to check my levels?
Your clinician has discretion over how often you need a lab. Thyroid care typically requires labs more often in the beginning. Once your symptoms and protocol are dialed in, you will not need as many labs.
