15 lbs! I haven’t lost that much at one time since I started menopause, and it’s only been 2 months! Overall, it was a good experience. They do need to improve communication and record-keeping between providers. The patient portal also needs some work. I haven’t felt or seen any changes since starting HRT, so I will give it a couple of months before I decide if I will continue with it.
