Choose a lab to get started:
Choose the lab that is best for you, then complete the online health history and consent forms. We will help get you scheduled with an at-home lab draw or at a local draw station, like Lab Corp or Quest.
Once your results are in, we will email you a link to schedule your consultation to go over your results. This is a great time to ask questions and talk about goals. Your coach will be your direct contact for all follow-up questions.
Prescriptions are shipped to your door if you choose the 'all-inclusive' or 'one hormone' subscriptions. With the 'a la carte' subscription you can pick up your prescriptions at your local pharmacy using your insurance or a GoodRx coupon.
During your initial consultation, your coach will schedule your next lab draw and follow-up appointment. HRT needs to be monitored and dosing or application methods may need to be adjusted based on your body's unique reactions.

HRT not only reduces or eliminates life altering symptoms but it has been proven to:
Perimenopause and the early years of menopause are a critical window for health, and that’s true even if you don’t have symptoms. It is a sensitive period or inflection point, during which time small health problems could, if not addressed, amplify into larger and more permanent health problems later in life. Symptoms can include:
Some women have no symptoms during menopause. Their period stops and that’s it. But they are in the minority. 80% of women experience some symptoms and for half of them these symptoms last for years. The medium duration of hot flashes and vasomotor symptoms among these women was 7.4 years You should start BHRT during perimenopause. The closer you start to menopause the better the long term outcomes for preventing bone loss and osteoporosis.
“For the last two decades perimenopausal and menopausal women have received misinformation about the benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy. Now is the time to right that wrong and to offer women the relief they need today as well as the preventive therapies that will benefit them tomorrow.”
Throughout our lives, our bodies depend on estrogen to keep us healthy and going strong. Not only is it essential for our reproductive activities, it also affects our urinary tract, heart and blood vessels, bones, breasts, skin, hair, pelvis muscles and our brain.
Women produce 3x as much testosterone as estrogen (before menopause). Testosterone in women helps keep bones healthy, promotes cognitive health and maintains sex drive. It is helpful for overall energy levels and to keep bodily functions running smoothly.
We produce progesterone when we ovulate. The first hormone to go down when we start ovulating less or sporadically is progesterone. Progesterone converts to a neurosteroid called allopregnanolone which calms GABA receptors. Progesterone is our calming hormone that helps with mood, anxiety and sleep.
DHEA is a hormone that is produced in our adrenal gland. It helps produce other hormones, including testosterone and estrogen. Natural DHEA levels peak in early adulthood and then slowly fall as you age.
Every woman is different but estrogen and progesterone benefits can be felt in as little as 1-7 days. Testosterone usually takes longer at about 4 weeks. To experience the full benefits of HRT, it is best to be patient and know that dosing adjustments may need to be made to find the correct levels for your individual needs.
While there are possible side effects with any medication or therapy, the short answer is yes. The 2002 WHI study that claimed HRT caused an increased risk of breast cancer and blood clots has been proven wrong. There are numerous studies proving that HRT is not only safe and effective for treating menopausal symptoms but it is preventative and protective over our heart, brain and bones.
